Sunday 19 October from 1–4pm is Randell Cottage’s Open Day, in conjunction with Wellington Heritage Festival.
Here is a link to our entry on the Festival website. This is a once-a-year opportunity to see inside the Cottage, hear alumni writers reading from their work, and enjoy afternoon tea in the garden, provided by the Friends of the Randell Cottage. We would request that masks be worn when inside the Cottage; these will be provided if you don’t have your own. We would also advise you to wear footwear suitable for a steep street climb and possibly slippery paths.
Bring cash for raffle tickets to win books donated by our generous supporters, The Cuba Press, and Otago University Press.
A limited programme will be offered if weather conditions are poor. Watch the website on the day.
We are part of the Thorndon Creative and Historic Cottages Walk, too, which you can find here.
