We love to celebrate the works of Randell Cottage alumni. Just launched is NOVA, a novel by Tim Corballis, published by Te Herenga Waka University Press. Tim was the second New Zealand writer-in-residence at Randell Cottage in 2003, following the establishment of the residency in the previous year.
NOVA is described by Listener reviewer Sam Finnemore as “a highly entertaining, intelligent and humanistic work of science fiction speaking to themes of societal control and direction…told through an amusing and brilliantly self-reflexive narrative frame”.
Tim has previously written the novels Below, Measurement, The Fossil Pits, Our Future Is in the Air, and R.H.I.
